Terms of Service
Effective March 14, 2026
Agreement
By accessing or using POP.clinic, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
What POP Is
POP.clinic is a patient-driven recovery coordination platform. It helps patients stay connected to their care team between clinic visits through daily check-ins, exercise guidance, equipment support, and AI-assisted recovery coaching.
What POP Is Not
POP is not a medical device. It does not provide diagnoses, prescribe treatments, or replace the judgment of your healthcare provider. The AI recovery assistant provides general guidance based on your surgeon's protocol—it is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
In a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Do not use POP to report emergencies.
Your Account
Patients access POP through a secure link provided by their healthcare provider. Clinical staff authenticate through email-verified one-time codes. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and access links private.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Access another person's account or health information
- Interfere with the platform's operation or security
- Use the platform for any purpose other than post-surgical recovery coordination
Provider Responsibilities
Healthcare providers who enroll patients are responsible for the clinical accuracy of their recovery protocols and for obtaining appropriate patient consent for enrollment.
Intellectual Property
The POP.clinic platform, including its design, software, and content (excluding provider-created protocols and patient-generated data), is owned by iTheraputix.
Disclaimers
POP.clinic is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet every clinical need.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iTheraputix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of POP.clinic. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the platform, if any.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using POP at any time. Termination does not affect your right to request deletion of your data under our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of POP after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date.
